Emergency Call Outs – We provide same day call outs and charge a fixed hourly rate for the first hour and then a reduced hourly rate for additional hours on the emergency call out. We accept card payments, cash and bank transfers. We provide a full breakdown and invoice for all work carried out including any materials required.

Electrical Installation – We provide a complete electrical installation service from design, installation to testing and commissioning. From a rewire to an extra socket we get the job done to an excellent standard. We give a 14 day no obligation quote on all site visits.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (eicr) – We are fully insured and registered to carry out electrical installation condition reports. We have professional indemnity insurance and are fully vetted. All rental properties require electrical installation condition reports since 1st April 2021 and this is a legal requirement for landlords. We can provide these certificates which are usually valid for 5 years once completed.

Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting – We design, install and maintain all kinds of fire alarm systems from fully addressable systems to a simple domestic fire alarm system. All domestic rental properties require interlinked smoke alarms. Hmo and commercial properties usually require a grade A fire alarm system that needs to be maintained, serviced every 6 months and once annually. We also maintain and install emergency lighting whether you need maintained or non maintained emergency lighting or any escape lighting.

Pat Testing – We carry out pat testing throughout yorkshire from schools to air bnbs. Items should be tested annually and this is a service we can provide. We charge a call out fee and price per each item. On larger scale jobs with 500 or more appliances we charge a flat fee. All items should be pat tested annually to make sure they are safe for continued use. We send annual reminders to all our pat testing customers to get the appliances re tested.

Electric Car Vehicle Charger- We supply and fit many makes of vehicle chargers from my zappi, hypervolt and Tesla to name a few. A dedicated charger can charge the car quickly and efficiently. We also install 3 phase car chargers for light commercial usage. If this is a service you require don’t hesitate to contact us we are fully registered and ozev registered for your peace of mind.

Cctv installation – We provide all aspects of cctv installation from domestic to commercial. Where possible we hide all cabling in the internal fabric of the building so no cables are exposed outside. We install dvr and nvr recorders, the latest cameras can provide a good quality image day or night and can be viewed remotely from your phone. We install brands like Hikvision and Dahua to name a few.

Thermostats S Plan Wiring and Heat Pumps – We install all the latest thermostats from nest to tado to name a few. We can optimise your boilers efficiency by zoning your heating system so all radiators do not need to turn on at the same time. We specialise in installing s plan wiring for system boilers and can install priority hot water systems wiring. We have worked with heating engineers commissioning the wiring for heat pumps. This is a service we are more than happy to help with.
